The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the action, especially for those interested in exploring Chinatown. The hotel facilities are modern and stylish, with well-laid out rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were really good too ensure we had a fantastic stay, particularly the concierge named Michael. Despite everything going on, the bar still had a great atmosphere and good vibes.

Comfortable bed and pillows, convenient location in China town with nearby restaurants. Luxurious room with great amenities including bluetooth speakers, a nice sized TV, and mood lighting. Amazing bar area in the evening. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, especially for Chinese travelers as it is very close to Chinatown. It also allowed easy access to the theater, and the Express train platform. it was situated near various shops, making it convenient for shopping. The rooms were modern and well-equipped, with features like iPad-controlled lights, TV, and climate control. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the overall service excellent. The breakfasts were also highly recommended, offering a delicious start to the day.
There was an unexpected charge to use the TV in the room, which was a bit pricey.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat in the heart of the city. the service is impeccable with attentive staff fulfilling our every need. the spa and wellness centre is top-notch, offering an array of massages and treatments to leave you feeling revitalized. the sauna and steam room are a welcome addition for ultimate relaxation. the hotel restaurant serves an enticing menu with delicious dishes that cater to all dietary requirements.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of entertainment options on-site. Although there are plenty of bars and nightclubs within walking distance, some live entertainment within the hotel would be a great addition.
